    Currently into my 6th week and it’s been the most effective plan I’ve used to date! My deadlift has gone up from 130kg to 190kg and I have put on quite a bit of size! Excited to see the final results when I finish week 8.

    Hands down the best workout programme I’ve ever followed. It’s very detailed and depth from what supplements you should take, to little details as to how much rest, sets & reps you should do for a particular exercise. I completed the whole 8 week plan and it helped so much. I’ve noticed, muscle, strength, & overall fitness improvements. Would definitely recommend.

    I’ve been training for 3 years and my bench press was stuck on 110kg for so long! 5 weeks through this programme and I’m benching 125kg for 3 reps, strength has gone through the roof
