CBD (cannabidiol) is a potent cannabinoid which encompasses the ability to relieve pain, anxiety, stress and inflammation. By reacting with the intrinsic human endocannabinoid system, CBD is able to bind to various receptors throughout our body to elicit calming, pain/reducing, anti-inflammatory effects.
Anxiety, stress and pain are three of the most prominent causes of insomnia; a further lack of sleep has been proven to further exacerbate these conditions. CBD relaxes our peripheral nervous system and therefore has the ability to promote a deep sleep whilst also reducing cortisol levels to combat anxiety and stress. At Jaceen we have also incorporated valerian root extract into our CBD oil, valerian root has been research proven to promote better sleep whilst mitigating symptoms of insomnia, in combination with CBD the sleep promoting effects will be further invigorated.

Strength Guarantee
Our CBD oil is of a very high strength containing 3000mg of CBD in each 30ml bottle, corresponding to 10% CBD. This means more active cannabinoids will be available in each dose therefore eliciting greater health benefits.
CBD dosage is entirely dependent upon your needs and the severity of the symptoms you may be seeking to treat. Factors such as bodyweight and tolerance may also have an impact so please do refer to the diagram we have provided for an indication of the right dosage you should be going for. We also highly recommend that you start at the lower end before increasing your dosage especially if you have never used CBD before
Each drop of our CBD contains 5mg of CBD, we recommend a dosage of 3-5 drops to begin with which provides 15-25mg of CBD. If necessary according to your symptoms, weight or symptoms, you may increase the amount of drops you take but please always refer to the diagram we have provided
For maximal effectiveness we recommend sublingual administration. Place the required amount of drops under your tongue and hold it there for 60 seconds before swallowing

This CBD oil is no joke. I gave it to my grandma who suffers from really bad insomnia. She had her first proper sleep in YEARS. I had a bit of trial and error with the CBD so wanted to wait until I could give an honest opinion so I waited around 6-8 weeks to write this review. First of all, this is excellent quality CBD which was purchased for sleep issues and anxiety. It took a while for me to get the dosage and timings right, but once I did the benefits really took effect. Firstly, I was taking it in the morning as I thought it would help with my anxiety during the day but it was leaving me feeling tired which I figured must be the valerian root, so I then swapped to taking it on an evening before bed and the benefits are INSANE. I fall asleep so easily, whereas before it took me about 2-3 hours. I wake up feeling fresh and throughout the day my anxiety has gone from about an 8 to a 3 which is unbelievable considering where it was at before. I didn’t think it would have that effect unless I took it during the day but it’s clearly building up in my system and working wonders! Thanks Jaceen – another high quality product that works!

Recently purchased a bottle for my parents who have a hard time getting a full nights rest as they sometimes overwork.
